Cause

  • The root cause of this problem is that the Verdana font is corrupt or missing and cannot be loaded. One of the main components of Venus 1500 version 4 requires the Verdana Regular font.

Resolution


Step 1: Reinstall the Verdana Regular and Arial Regular font by performing the steps below:
  1. Browse the internet and locate a trusted site to download the Windows XP Verdana and Font. Save to computer Desktop.
    • Before you download any fonts make sure you trust the website or source.

  2. Go to Windows Start Menu -> Computer or My Computer.
  3. Go to the following location:
    • C:\Windows\Fonts
  4. Locate both Verdana and Arial Fonts.
  5. Right-click and choose Delete.
  6. Double-click on both of the Verdana and Arial fonts to open.
  7. Click Install at the top.
  8. Try launching Venus 1500 v4 Again.
