Degree symbol not showing in layout when data field format selected has a degree symbol; Unknown Cause

Potential Symptoms

  • The temp data field seems to have lost the ability to display the degree symbol.
  •  Degree symbol is  no longer displaying in the software in the presentation layout screen with a selected temp data field that should show it.
  •  Degree symbol is no longer showing on the display.

Cause

  • Unknown.

Resolution

  1. Ensure Venus 1500 SW is at the most current version.
    • If not, update to latest version.
  2. Run a repair on the Venus 1500 software.
