Display: Blank Section or entire LED board is blank, PLR has no lights, Power unplugged from module

Potential Symptoms

  • Blank display or section of display blank (depending on display size).
  • PLR has no lights on it.
  • PLR fiber port have no lights

Environment

  • Product: GP3, GP4, DVN, DVX, DB-4100

Cause

  • PLR power cable came unplugged from the module or power supply output.
  • PLR power cable was loose 

Resolution

  • Plug power cable from PLR into the closest module.
  • Reseat the power cable in the PLR power port
