    Login Failure
    Nucleus log-in failed. The server is not available. The dialog cannot be displayed.
    Error: The message could not be processed. This is most likely because the action 'http://standards.daktronics.com/schemas/NucleusServer_1_0/ContentLibarary/GetFolder' is incorrect or because the message contains an invalid or expired security context token or because there is a mismatch between bindings. The security context token would be invalid if the service aborted the channel due to inactivity. To prevent the service from aborting idle sessions prematurely increase the Received timeout on the service endpoint's binding.

Cause

  • The configuration file(s) for the Venus 1500 software became corrupted.

Resolution

  • Step 1: Stop the Daktronics Nucleus Server.
  1. Follow DD2236444 on how to stop the Daktronics Nucleus Server.

  • Step 2: Remove the exe.config files.
  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Daktronics or C:\Program Files (x86)\Daktronics.
  2. Delete all three of the following folders:
    ** Nucleus Server
    ** Venus 1500 v4
    ** Content Studio


    Step 3: Run a repair on the Venus 1500 v4 software.
    1. Go to Windows Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features.
    2. Locate the Venus 1500 v4 Install and select it.
    3. Choose Repair/Change.
    4. Select Repair as an option and continue/next.
    5. Follow through the remaining installer prompts.
    6. Restart the Computer (Optional).
