Clock showing alternate stats; Incorrect stats function

Potential Symptoms

  • The time is not displayed on the scoreboard/s.
    • At bat information showing on scoreboard.
    • The TIME section is showing an "H" or "E" in the first digit.
  • The 4 digit clock is blank.
  • Cannot get time to start counting, but Ball, strike, Out, Score, and Inning work correctly.

Environment

  • Product Family: Sports Product
  • Product: Baseball Scoreboard
  • Component: Time section display options
  • Control System: RC-100 or AS-1600

Cause

  • Controller is set to display At Bat, H/E, or Pitch Count in the Time section.

Resolution

  • Will need to be using Code 03 or 23 in the controller, if so reference DD2063477.
    1. Press [ALT].
    2. Console will ask user to select alternate function.
    3. Press [TIME] (Keypad number 4).
    4. Press [TIME/AT BAT].
    5. Enter desired amount of time.
    6. Press [ENTER] (Time should be displayed on the TIME section of scoreboard now).
    7. Press [START] to begin countdown.
