Cause

  • Image is too large of file size to import into Venus 1500 v4 software.
    • Possible causes that could make image too large:
      • Image is created in inches, and not pixels.
      • Image has incorrect DPI.
      • Image is a PNG and not JPG.
        • PNGs can import into Venus 1500. However, they are typically a much larger file size then JPG.
