Venus 1500, Messages are not rotating or changing on the display, will not show flashing effects or transitions

Potential Symptoms

  • Messages, pages, or frames are not rotating or changing on the display.
  • Messages changing too slow.
  • Messages/Layouts set to change in seconds, but are taking Minutes to change on the display.  Previews correctly in Content Studio.
  • Any flashing effects or transitions to message frames will not show up on the sign.

Cause

  • Zoning restrictions set in software.

Resolution

NOTE:  It is  advised to be sure to consult any city regulations before removing restrictions set in the Venus software to prevent any inadvertent fines imposed by regulating officials.
