  • A retrieved presentation with a video in Content Studio shows a layout for every frame in the Timeline or Storyboard layout.

Cause

  • When retrieving presentations with videos or animations, such as V3 messages in v4 the software retrieves the presentation and creates a layout for each frame in the video. This is expected behavior. It is not recommended to retrieve messages from display unless it is a new computer and you need a copy of all your old presentations.

Resolution

  • If you need to edit the presentation, re-create the message from scratch.
