VLink 3500 video does not work, resetting does not work; VLink Lock-up

Potential Symptoms

  • While using a VLink 3500, some to none of the video is on the display, Venus content may or may not get to display, and/or the display looks garbled.
  • Have tried resetting VLink via the On/Off switch

Cause

  • VLink lock-up.

Resolution

  1. Turn the VLink off.
  2. Pull the power cable to the VLink, and leave it unplugged for a minute.
  3. Plug the VLink back in and turn it on. This will correct the issue.
