All Sport console displays Code not Found when trying to enter a sport code

Potential Symptoms

  • Code not found message on All Sport console when trying to enter a sport code.
  • Can not enter code 111 or 0111.

Environment

  • Incandescent (or early LED) Scoreboard
  • All Sport 5000 - 4 digit code (e.g. 0111, 0103)
  • All Sport 3000 - 3 digit code (e.g. 111, 103)
  • All Sport 1600 - 2 digit code 
  • Non-Addressable code

Cause

  • All Sport console firmware version does not support non-addressable code/s.

  • Contact Daktronics Customer Support to discuss available options.

For Temporary Operation

  • Find another All Sport 5000 console that has firmware version 2.2.5 or higher.
  • Find another All Sport 3000 console that has firmware version 2.1.0 or higher.
