OmniSport Pro software: Pro Swim, receive OS20000Int error, Corrupt configuration file.

Potential Symptoms

  • When launching OmniSport ProSwim you receive an OS200INT error stating the following: "an unnamed file was not found."

  • OmniSport ProSwim launches but doesn't look right, missing menus, lanes, etc.

Environment

  • Product: Pro Swim
  • Components: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10
  • Control System: Pro Swim

Cause

  • Computer lost power suddenly, corrupted configuration file.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Daktronics\OmniSport Pro\Swimming" for Windows XP.
  2. Navigate to "C:\Program Data\Daktronics\OmniSport Pro Swimming" for Windows 7, and Windows 10.
  3. Rename Portcfg.dat file to Portcfg.dat.old.
  4. Launch Pro Swim software, reconfigure ports if necessary.
