Shot Clock: TV Feed, Data shows when main clock is running but disappears or blanks when main clock is stopped

Potential Symptoms

TV Feed, shot clock data shows when main clock is running but disappears or blanks when main clock is stopped, shot clock shows again when main clock is started again

Environment

  • All Sport
  • Truck dock TV Feed

Cause

Customer or media company has connected their 3rd party equipment directly to the All Sport
 
If the All Sport is in STOP mode, the play clock / shot clock data field will not be repeated on the data stream every second, it will only send it again when the clock is started or Reset.  
 

Resolution

Trying to get data directly off the back of the All Sport is not supported.  

Will need to get TV Feed data from DSTI's TV Feed output (requires purchasing play clock / shot clock output on TV Feed feature) or All Sport CG

For Temporary Operation

Not a supported method, need to remove this data cable and use a supported method.
