How to use the "PLAYER/FOUL" option on the scoreboard with an AllSport 5000 or 5500

Potential Symptoms

  • Get player/foul up on the scoreboard.

Environment

  • All Sport 5000
  • All Sport 5500

Resolution

  1. Press "MENU"
  2. Press "DOWN ARROW" six times
    • You will see "MENU - MAIN EDIT SETTINGS?"
  3. Press "ENTER"
  4. Press "DOWN ARROW" 17 times
    • You will see "TEAM FOULS MODE- UPDATE PLAYER - N"
  5. If there is a "N" press "ENTER" and this will make it a "Y"
  6. You will need to press the "UP ARROW" once to verify
  7. Press "MENU" to exit the settings mode

Entering Team Fouls

  1. Press "TEAM FOULS +1" on either HOME OR GUEST
    • You will see the screen showing "(HOME or GUEST) PLAYER NUMBER **"
  2. Enter the player number for the foul.
  3. Press "ENTER"
    • You will see "(HOME or GUEST) PLAYER (NUMBER) NOT FOUND, ADD?"
  4. Press "ENTER"
    • You will briefly see the player number and the first foul that is on there.
      You should also see it up on the scoreboard if the scoreboard has player/foul as an option.
      This information will pop up anytime you have a first foul for a player.  After the first time, you will only see the player number and their current number of fouls.
