Venus 1500: Content Studio locks up/freezes when trying to import a video or scrolling text

Potential Symptoms

  • Content Studio locks up/freezes when trying to import a video or scrolling text.
  • When trying to import a video, Content Studio will lock up and goes to "Not Responding" in the task manager.
    • There are no errors windows that appear or errors in the log files (Content Studio, Venus 1500 or Nucleus Server).
