Environment

  • Product Family:  Sports Products
  • Product: Basketball Scoreboards (BB-21xx, BB-31xx)
  • Component:
  • Control System: All Sport 5000 or 5500 using code 3101

Resolution

To turn weight class display on or off on the scoreboard:
  1. Hit menu.
  2. Scroll to edit settings.
  3. Scroll to weight class "Y/N".
  4. Press "Enter" to turn to Y or yes or press "Clear" to turn to N or no.
  5. Press menu to exit the menu. Weight class should be displaying now.
To change the weight classes as they appear on the display:
  1. Go to the Menu.
  2. Scroll to "Main Menu Enter weight class"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Enter in the weight class.

Note: If a weight class was previously blank for a particular match (1-14 in the Enter Weight Class Menu), but now how has a value, it will not show up on the main scoreboard in the Player Fouls/Match section until the:

  1. "Match Number +1" button is pressed.
  2. The match is selected by arrowing down to it (if needed). 
  3. The Enter button is pressed for that particular match.
    • The weight class should then appear on the main scoreboard in the Player Fouls/Match section (driver outputs 13,14,15 normally).
