Galaxy, content not displaying properly, Mods and MLC have power; MLC locked up

Potential Symptoms

  • Issue could appear on Primary or Mirror.
    • One side of the display is showing content, the other side is blank.
  • Content may be frozen or looks incorrect.
  • MLC may not be recognized in M2Config or showing up as red status.
  • MLC readout may not be showing errors.

Cause

  • MLC is locked up.

Resolution

  • Cycle power to the entire display, making sure to leave it off for at least 30 seconds, or cycle power directly to the MLC.
