Galaxy, unable to communicate, modem
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to communicate with display from end user location.
- Able to connect to the display from Daktronics office in Venus and M2Config.
- On end user computer, when trying to connect, goes direct to connect failed in both programs.
- Modem might try to dial out but gets stuck on a certain dial tone and not finish dialing out.
