- This guide will only give the basics for configuring the controller.
- Flip switch to local mode.
- Login into the controller.
- Sign Configuration Section.
- From the Main Menu.
- Select Configuration.
- Select System Configuration.
- Select Configure Display.
- Select Module Type.
- Select Monochrome.
- Select Gen 4 (24 Volt Bus).
- Select 9X5.
- Select 66mm (18" Character).
- Select Display Type.
- Select Full.
- Select Pixel Height.
- Enter 27 then enter.
- Select Pixel Width.
- Enter 90 then enter.
- Select Display Access.
- Select Walk-In.
- Press the Cancel button twice to return to the Configuration Screen.
- Go to Peripherals Setup Section.
- From the Main Menu.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Peripherals.
- Select delete all and auto detect (this should add the temp/light sensors, mini DC I/O's and power supplies).
- Add peripherals (DC I/O)
- Select DC I/O.
- Select DC I/O 1.
- Press 2 for switch 5 off.
- Press 1 for on distribution board.
- Add peripherals screen (Fans).
- Select add fans.
- Select Intake fans.
- Select DC I/O 1.
- Press 1 then enter for control pin.
- Select add fans.
- Select Front fans.
- Select DC I/O 1.
- Select 2 then enter for control pin.
- Add peripherals screen (RPM sensors).
- Select add fan monitoring.
- Select fan RPM sensors.
- Enter # for how many then enter.
- Press Cancel.
- Add peripherals screen (Heaters).
- Press the down-arrow key.
- Select add Heaters.
- Select Heaters.
- Select DC I/O 1.
- Press 3 then enter for control pin.
- Add peripherals screen (Parallel Surge Suppressor)
- Press the down-arrow key
- Select add Surge Suppressor
- Select Surge Suppressor
- Select DC I/O 1
- Press 11 then enter for control pin.
- Add peripherals screen (Door Switches)
- Press the down-arrow key
- Select Door Switch (in traffic cabinet)
- Select Door Switch 3 (in sign)
- Select Mini DC I/O 1
- Press 1 then enter for control pin
- Select add Door Switch (in traffic cabinet)
- Select Door Switch 4 (in sign)
- Select Mini DC I/O 1
- Press 2 then enter for control pin
- Press the cancel button twice
- Select Reset Options.
- Select Reset Only.
- The controller will reboot and save the settings.
DO NOT PRESS THE RED RESET BUTTON; this will erase the settings at this point. The RED RESET is used only when the controller won't respond to key commands.
