Home and Guest information on PLYR/FLS/PTS (Stat panels) are swapped, Mounted on wrong sides of scoreboard

Potential Symptoms

  • Home stats are showing up on the Guest stat panel. 
  • Guest stats are showing up on the Home stat panel. 

Environment

  • SD-XXXX (LED)
  • BB-XXXX Scoreboard
  • AS-5000

Cause

  • Stat panels are mounted on the wrong side of the scoreboard.
    • The displays are in ordered pairs and are not labeled from the factory and are not designated home and guest before install.

Resolution

  • Swap address settings inside stat panels. 
  • If address is set using address plugs:
    1. Take the address plug from the middle "Home" section driver and move it to the middle "Guest" section driver.
    2. Take the address plug from the bottom "Home" section driver and move it to the bottom "Guest" section driver. 
    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 but move the guest address plugs to the home side.
  • If address is set with dip switches:
    • Set the right stats section to address(es) for guest side and set the left stats section to address(es) for home side.
