OmniSport Pro software: Pro Swim Error message, an unnamed file was not found; lost files

Potential Symptoms

  • When launching OmniSport ProSwim you receive an OS200Int error stating the following: "an unnamed file was not found"

  • OmniSport ProSwim launches but doesn't look right, missing menus, lanes, etc. and may crash.
 

Environment

  • Win 7 operating system
  • 64 bit
  • 1.2.1 or 1.2.3 Pro Swim Ver
 

Cause

  • Lost file on download from Dakfiles when installing on PC .

Resolution

  1. Run Pro Swim as an Administrator
  2. If Step 1 didn't resolve the issue perform the following:
    1. Remove software using add or remove programs in the control panel
    2. Delete or move files from "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Daktronics\OmniSport Pro Swimming" and "C:\Program Files\Daktronics\OmniSport Pro\Swimming"
    3. Reloaded Pro Swim software from Dakfiles and rebooted PC if necessary.
