Venus 1500 V3, Monochrome 64 sign, Messages not showing under available messages after saving.

Potential Symptoms

  • Messages not showing up in Venus 1500 V3 display manager under available messages after creating and saving them.
  • Messages are saved in message studio under the correct sign type.

Environment

  • M2 Mono 64
  • Venus 1500 (3)

Cause

  • Messages were created and saved to the wrong display configuration.
    • E.g.: If messages are made as monochrome they will not show up in monochrome 64 displays

Resolution

  • Recreate messages and save the messages under the correct sign type.
  • Note: Delete the incorrect display configuration from Venus 1500 using the Venus 1500 Administrator if there is only one sign being controlled.
