Venus 1500 V3, Monochrome 64 sign, Messages not showing under available messages after saving.
Potential Symptoms
- Messages not showing up in Venus 1500 V3 display manager under available messages after creating and saving them.
- Messages are saved in message studio under the correct sign type.
Environment
- M2 Mono 64
- Venus 1500 (3)
Cause
- Messages were created and saved to the wrong display configuration.
- E.g.: If messages are made as monochrome they will not show up in monochrome 64 displays
Resolution
- Recreate messages and save the messages under the correct sign type.
- Note: Delete the incorrect display configuration from Venus 1500 using the Venus 1500 Administrator if there is only one sign being controlled.
