No RTD data from a direct All Sport serial connection to DSTI
Potential Symptoms
- No RTD data from all sport to the DSTI.
- Directly connecting from the All Sport to DSTI works fine.
Environment
- A/S 5010
- DSTI (w/ ED-13796.DSI file)
- Direct serial connection
Cause
- 25 pin J-box was not allowing All Sport RS-232 data to pass through.
Resolution
- Replace 25 pin J-box.
Work Around
- Bypass the J-box and plug the All Sport directly into the DSTI machine, assigning the correct comm port in DSTI settings.
