How do I create a border in v4?

Instructions

Venus 1500 v4 does have the capability of creating Borders for Elements on GalaxyPro displays only. If you have a Galaxy display, a border can be created by using a Text Box and filling in the text box with a color fill.

GalaxyPro Displays:

  1. Select the Element that you want to apply a Border to.
  2. Select the Format tab.
  3. Select the Border button and select the thickness and color of the border.
  4. Save Message.

Galaxy Displays:

  1. Select the Format tab and give the background a Fills color such as black.
  2. Select the Home tab and select the Text Box.
  3. Form the text box so the background color is only just visible.
    Note: Recommended to use grid to size text box for an even border.
  4. With the text box selected, select the Format tab and give the text box a Fills color such as red.
  5. The resulting message should look similar to this:

  6. Save Message.
