Cause

  • User does not have rights or access to change read-only messages and schedules.

Resolution

Step 1: Locate where the Database is stored.
  1. Follow DD1993107 on where to locate the location of where the Database is stored (Remote or local).
Step 2: Go to where the database is stored.
  1. Go to the following path of where the database is located.
  2. Right-click on Database folder and uncheck the Read-only restriction at the bottom of the window.
    If unable to change read-only permissions, make sure user has full rights/access
