How do you display DakStats FB demo information for testing the communication to the display

Resolution

  1. Start DSTI and ensure proper DSI file is being used.  
  2. Start DakStats software and select the Schedule game "NDSU at SDSU Pbp Incomplete"
    • Select No for Webcast start
      1. Ensure that your SCS system is up and running and the DSTI widget is showing a green icon.
      2. Build a sequence using the 5K offset for DakStats FB
      3. Transfer the file in the M3 widget and build a new button with the content just created.
      4. Press button to send data to the display and verify that the DakStats information matches what is on the DakStats Demo Stats.
      5. If you are not seeing anything, you can verify data flow by using the VIEW/MONITOR PORTS option in the DSTI, selecting all the options.  The only one not outputting will be the A/S 5000 input unless you also have that integrated.
