Cause

  • Venus 1500 v4 has two or more software instances installed.

Resolution

  1. Delete all Venus 1500 Shortcuts on the Desktop.
  2. Go to Control Panel.
  3. Go to Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features.
  4. Verify which instance is the older version install by clicking Click here for support information.
  5. Select the oldest version of Venus 1500 v4 and click Remove.
  6. Select the latest version of Venus 1500 v4 and click Change to perform a software repair.
