DM-100 does not power up or stay on; Failed J-box surge card
Potential Symptoms
- No communication to display even though DM-100 is powering on when connected to j-box.
- DM-100 won't turn on even though there is 12 VDC on red & black power wires at the j-box card.
- Corrosion found on the outdoor J-box.
- Broken pins on the outdoor J-Box.
- DM-100 power on and shutting off immediately, continual reboot.
