How to realign or nudge a left/right split for V-Link 4X00?

Environment

  • DMP-7000, VMAX4
  • V-Link 4X00

Resolution

Note: Still content with fine detail preferred to properly align left/right sections.
Note 2: May fix issues of artifacting or streaking on display with a specific channel.
Note 3: Total width and height should not total more than video input size unless signal is DVI or VGA signal. Example: 720p signal has total height of 720 pixels, the top and height settings thusly should not total greater than 720. 

  1. Verify V-Link 4X00 position (SV), Viewable area (VA), and Windowed area (WA) are set correctly. Verification should be done by referencing known good configurations.
  2. Adjust the VA of V-Link 4X00 by changing one of the four values top, left, height, or width by two and click apply. Then set it back to the original setting.

    Example of adjustment for width: If VA is set to 10 20 720 640, adjust to 10 20 720 642 and then adjust back to 10 20 720 640.

    If issue persist use steps 3 and/or 4:
  3. If adjustments do not work, repeat step 2 for WA.
  4. If adjustments do not work try adjusting left and right sections using step 2.
