Galaxy, Venus 1500, display frozen on a single message frame

Cause

  • The hold time or duration of the message is set to a long period of time in Content Studio (Ex: 1200 seconds, etc.).

Resolution

  • Change frame duration in message creator software to match more closely to the other frames.
