Venus 1500 V3, How to get controller firmware version information
Potential Symptoms
- How do I retrieve or get the current firmware version information off the controller in my display in Venus 1500 V3 software?
- How can I know what firmware revision is on my display?
Environment
Resolution
- Open up the Venus 1500 Display Manager if not already open.
- Get Status from display in Venus 1500.
- Left click on "i" to the right of "Get Status" button.
- Firmware version is listed near the bottom in Advance Status window that pops up.
