Cause

  • Loose or disconnected RJ45 connection on one of the Cat5 cables between the controller and MLC.

Resolution

  • Reseat the loose RJ45 connection.
    • The RJ45 connections can be found in 4 locations:
      • Controller - J3 Ethernet Output
      • Primary face Quick Connect Output
      • Mirror face Quick Connect Input
      • MLC - J27 Ethernet Input
