Galaxy, Column or section of modules are all red, white, or pink, failing power supply.

Potential Symptoms

 

  • Column or section of modules are all red, white, or pink, on a full color (RGB) display.
  • Issue moves with power supply.
  • Could be intermittent.
  • Issue may appear in the morning, and disappear in the evening.
  • Issue may appear on white or bright content.

Cause

  • Power supply is failing or not working properly.

Resolution

  • Ensure all connections on power supply are made and firmly connected.
  • Replace power supply.
