Venus 7000: Replacement module discolored as if out of calibration with the modules around it

Potential Symptoms

After a Venus 7000 (V7000) controlled display's module replacement the new module is discolored as if out of calibration with the modules around it

Environment

Cause

  • Calibration needs to be resent

Resolution

  1. Open V7000 Shell
  2. Click [Diagnostics]
  3. Click to select "V7SS Venus 7000 Sign"
  4. Click [Restart]
  5. V7 Sign Service will restart and content may need to be restarted after V7 Sign Service is running again
  6. Calibration has been pushed out to the display and new module should now have obtained the current active calibration
  7. Verify module is properly calibrated
