Can not get RC-50 controller to work with the Segment Timer
Potential Symptoms
- Segment Timer will not respond to the RC-50 controller
- TI-2026 works with the All Sport 100 connected via hardwire.
- All time segments work as programmed.
Environment
- TI-2026 Segment Timer
- RC-50
- All Sport 100
Cause
- The segments have not been sent to the TI-2026 from the AS-100.
- All Sport 100 is still connected to the TI-2026.
Resolution
- Program all of the segments on the AS-100.
- Press <ALT> then <Button 9> to SEND, the LCD will display "transferring data".
- After 5 seconds the All Sport 100 screen will read "transfer complete" and the Segment Timer will read "PPPP" or "PP".
- Unplug the AS-100 and the RC-50 should now be able to remotely control the display.
- Note: Button 9 is blank on the AS-100 LL-2553 insert. Use alternate overlay LL-2648, which can be found in the manual All Sport 100 Control Console Operations Manual, ED-13432
