Potential Symptoms
- Display Studio Warning: Imaging Service Not Responding.

Cause
- Imaging Service on Venus 7000 not started.
Resolution
- Start Imaging Service on Venus 7000 (located in the running processes).
- Ensure that Startup Type is set to Automatic.
- Check Windows firewall settings on both the Show Control computer(s) and V7000(s).
- (You still may be able to ping back and forth with no problems, but the firewall might be blocking the communications between the programs).
