Stats do not show on Crossfire from DSTI Summary Database

Potential Symptoms

  • Stats are not showing on Crossfire from DSTI
  • When Crossfire is first opened, it will show current stats, but will not update
  • Verified that the Crossfire computer can see Database shared folder on the DSTI computer
  • Verified that the Crossfire computer can read from the Database with SummaryDBView

  • Suspect corrupt in Data plug on the Crossfire

Resolution

  1. Once verifying that the Crossfire computer can read from the database and that the database is updating, contact Crossfire.
