DSTI monitor goes blank with a window saying 'Input not supported'
Potential Symptoms
DSTI computer - can see boot up and start screens in monitor OK, but after that the monitor goes blank with a window saying 'Input not supported'

Cause
- DSTI computer's resolution set to 1400x1050, and monitor only supports 1366x768 for maximum
Resolution
- Boot into safe mode.
- In windows go to Start > Run… > Type: "msconfig" without quotes.
- In MSConfig go to "Boot" tab .
- Under boot options enable "Base video", click OK.
- Reboot and adjust the display resolution to 1366x768.
- Go back into MSConfig to disable "Base video" mode previously enabled.
- Reboot verified monitor was working.
