Driver communication issue, line to line caused port to fail.
Potential Symptoms
- No communications upon replacing a driver or during the initial installation of the displays.
- Unable to update price on the second face.
- Second face only has the decimal or E4.
- Line to line cable is a 6 pin cable and may have been routed incorrectly at some point. (input to input, or output to output)

- Component: Signal or Data cable. New install or driver has been replaced or swapped
- Control System:
Cause
- Failed signal port.
- With a 6-pin cable if the signal line to line communication cables are swapped for any period of time (typically just a few seconds) while power is applied to the system, it will cause irreversible damage to the driver.
Resolution
- Replace the driver.
- *TIP: Label the Input / Output cables prior to removing when replacing a driver and for initial installation of display system.
