All Sport Pro: Software does not connect to All Sport Pro.

Potential Symptoms

  • Status light on back of All Sport Pro is stuck on solid.
  • Data light on back of All Sport Pro does not illuminate.
  • All Sport Pro software game clock and scoring work in the interface but does not actually control the All Sport and Scoreboard is blank.
  • All Sport Pro software is set to correct Broadcast and Channel settings as confirmed when scoreboard displays after power is turned on.

Cause

  • DLink Router included with All Sport Pro has been set to DHCP disabled on LAN
  • Dlink Router may have not assigned a DHCP address properly

Resolution

  • Power cycle Dlink Router
  • Enable DHCP in DLink Router
