How to Locate the Factory Password on a DI-4160

Steps

  1. Inspect behind the front nameplate. 
  2. Check inside the chassis cover if you do not see it on the nameplate.
  3. Inspect the PCB label only if you are not able to find anywhere else. This is the last resort as the sticker should be on one of the first two options.
  4. Record the factory password.
  5. Store credentials securely.

Note: Removal of the front plate requires a Phillips-head screwdriver.
