No audio from some channels on an output on the SSR-DM10

Potential Symptoms

The announcer works, but wireless mics or other inputs don't send audio to the mixer output.

Cause

Other inputs aren't turned up in that mix.

In the picture below, only the announcer and the Main out show the levels turned up.  This is why the announcer works and nothing else does. The dark gray and white bar should be showing white, if it is completely gray that means that channel is turned down completely.

Resolution

To turn a channel up, select that channel by tapping it so its outline starts flashing yellow, then use the ADJUST knob to turn that channel up.  In this example Dante in 1 now shows the white bar about 2/3 of the way up after adjustment.
