How to Backup and Restore an SSR-DM10

Steps

  1. Download the DM10 Backup Tool
  2. Connect the SSR-DM10 to the computer using a USB C Cable.
  3. The USB connection can take a minute to initialize, look for the USB icon to light up white at the top right of the DM10 screen
  4. Recommend that before saving a backup, save the current configuration to a preset using the Advanced Settings Menu on the DM10.  For instructions accessing the advanced menu, see the SSR-DM10 Quick Guide
  5. Run the DM10 Backup Tool
  6. Click Save Backup from DM10 to save a copy of the active settings and the three presets.
  7. Click Restore Backup to DM10 to restore a saved file back to the DM10
  8. If a communication error occurs, try rebooting the DM10 to see if that clears the error.
