What user interfaces are available for the SSR-220 and how do I access them?

Note: Some of these features were added in an update.  If your system does not have the Operator and Setup users in the drop down list, contact us for assistance in updating your system programming.

To access the user interfaces, use the Custom Control App on the iPad.  The Custom Control App can also be installed on a laptop if needed.

  1. The SSR-220 should appear in the device list.
  2. Select the SSR-220
  3. Tap or Click where it says Username and a drop down of the available users will appear.
  4. Select the desired user and tap Connect/
  5. NOTE: Admin does not have any user accessible controls
  6. There are two user interfaces available for the SSR-220 on the iPad or Custom Control App.
    1. Operator:  This is the main interface used for everyday operators of the system
    2. Setup:  This interface has setup screens to adjust parameters that don't generally need to be adjusted during day to day operation
  7. To switch users/interfaces, tap the small arrow at the top left of the screen
  8. Then on the menu that pops up, press Log out
  9. From the main login screen, choose a different user from the drop down and tap connect.
