Steps

  1. Shut off power to the display at the breaker. 
  2. Locate the latch access hole at the top-center of the module.
  3. Unlatch the module by using a T-handle module tool or a 1/8" Allen wrench into the latch access hole toward the top-center of the module and gently turn counterclockwise a quarter of a turn.
  4. Carefully tilt the module away from the cabinet and lift up and out.
  5. Disconnect the power and signal cables from the module and carefully set it out of the way (Noting what Port (A or B) that the signal cable was plugged into).
  6. Install the module by plugging in both 4-pin signal cables to their correct Port A and Port B locations.  Also plug in the 4-pin power cable to the module.
  7. Install the module by inserting a T-handle module tool or a 1/8" Allen wrench into the latch access hole toward the top-center of the module and gently turning clockwise until the internal latch clicks into the locked position.
  8. Restore power to the display.
  9. Now perform one of the following steps depending on the communication method being used onsite.
