No Audio From an Output on the SSR‑DM10

How to Troubleshoot

  1. Check Output Routing.
    Go to Advanced Settings → Output Settings and verify that the desired mix (MAIN, CUSTOM 1, CUSTOM 2, PHONES) is patched to the correct output.
  2. Make sure the output mix is not muted.
    On the mix tab, check for a red mute icon.
  3. Confirm cables and downstream devices are working.
    Inspect XLR lines, amplifiers, speakers, and processor inputs.
