Why Was My Salesforce User Frozen; Using FSMA With Active VPN

Steps
- Escalate issue to your supervisor to have your user thawed by Daktronics IT.
- Once user is thawed but before you proceed to the Field Service Mobile App, please disable your VPN.
- Note: If you have a VPN, best practice is to disable it while using the FSMA. When done in FSMA, you may re-enable. Do not have your VPN and FMSA open simultaneously or Salesforce may freeze your user. This prevents the user from logging in. All data, licenses and permissions remain intact. This is a temporary state.
