Custom Control App Locked

Potential Symptoms

  • Test Window Mode is active
  • Custom Control App is locked
  • Locked after a change was made in AHM/Custom Control Editor
  • Ipad and computer apps are both affected
  • All Channels appear to have green striped bars

Cause

  • Custom Control App is in Test Window Mode
  • When connected to a compatible mixer, any invalid widget is shown with hatched lines. For example, if a widget is set to control a channel which does not exist in the connected mixer, it will be shown as invalid. This will also be shown if attempting to use a new widget or feature that doesn’t exist in the firmware of the connected unit.

Resolution

  • Press the green Play button located in the top bar of the Layout Editor
