How to verify EDID was cached on intel based LCD player
Topic
- LCD is blank but monitor seen via DMP.
- May be unable to change monitor resolution or set to extended.
- Second monitor may be set as disabled and can not be enabled.
- Steps below will let us verify the EDID was cached for the connected displays.

Steps
- Open intel command center.
- Click the "System" menu on the left hand side.
- Click the "Hardware" menu at the top of the system menu.
- If "VirtualScreen" is seen as a monitor, the edid was not properly cached.
