Venus Control Suite Accounts App: How to Create, Edit, and Delete Sub-Accounts?

Steps
Access the Accounts App
- Log in to Venus Control Suite Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?
- Navigate to the Accounts app.
- Click the Accounts tab in the left-side bar.
Create a New Sub-Account
- Click Add New.
- Create New Account.
- Account Information required:
- Enter an Account Name.
- Select the Account Owner from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the Account Type:
- Display Owner: Manages and controls specific displays and can assign users to those displays.
- Advertiser: Creates and manages advertiser content to run on displays; select this when using AdGrid.
- Account Information required:
💡Note: Schedule Mode and Subscription Level are inherited from the parent or owner account.
- Click Save to complete account creation.
Edit an Existing Sub-Account
- Select the desired account from the list.
- Modify the Account Name and/or the Account Owner.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Delete a Sub-Account
- Select the account to be deleted.
- Click
to Delete Account.
- Click Confirm to permanently remove the account.
⚠️ Only Admin users can delete accounts. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
