Common reasons a contact may not have access and how to fix them.

Steps

If a contact can’t access Daktronics self-service tools, here’s what to check:

  • Are they marked as a Website User?
    Contacts need to be activated with the Website User role.
  • Is their contact marked inactive?
    Inactive users won’t be able to log in. You can reactivate them as an Account Manager.
  • Do they have the right permissions?
    If they’re missing Buyer or Case Manager permissions, add them in My Account > Contacts.
  • Still not working?
    Contact your Account Manager or reach out to     Daktronics Support for help.
